Wheat gluten protein and its impacts on wheat processing quality

摘要:

Before the advent of the wheat genomic era, a wide range of studies were conducted to understand the chemistry and functions of the wheat storage proteins, which are the major determinants of wheat flour the suitability of wheat flour for various end products, such as bread, noodles and cakes. Wheat grain protein is divided into gluten and non-gluten fractions and the wheat processing quality mainly depends on the gluten fractions. Gluten provides the unique extensibility and elasticity of dough that are essential for various wheat end products. Disulfide bonds are formed between cysteine residues, which is the chemical bases for the physical properties of dough. Based on the SDS-extractability, grain protein is divided into SDS-unextractable polymeric protein (UPP) and SDS-extractable polymeric protein. The percentage of UPP is positively related to the formation of disulfide bonds in the dough matrix. In the wheat genomic era, new glutenins with long repetitive central domains that contain a high number of consensus hexapeptide and nonapeptide motifs as well as high content of cysteine and glutamine residues should be targeted.

Emergence mechanisms of group consensus in social networks

摘要: Reaching consensus within larger social network groups has emerged as a pivotal concern in the digital age of connectivity. This article redefines group consensus as the emergence of collective intelligence resulting from self-organizing actions and interactions of individuals within a social network group. In our exploration of extant research on group consensus, we illuminate two frequently underestimated, yet noteworthy facets: Dynamism and emergence. In contrast to the conventional perspective of consensus as a mere outcome, we perceive it as an ongoing, dynamic process. This process encompasses self-organized communication and interaction among group members, collectively guiding the group towards cognitive convergence and viewpoint integration. Consequently, it is imperative to redirect our focus from the outcomes of group interactions to an examination of the relationships and processes underpinning consensus formation, thus elucidating the mechanisms responsible for the generation of group consensus. The amalgamation of cognitive contexts and accurate simplification of real-world scenarios for simulation and experimental analysis offers a pragmatic operational approach. This study contributes novel theoretical underpinnings and quantitative insights for establishing and sustaining group consensus within the realm of engineering management practices. Concurrently, it holds substantial importance for advancing the broader research landscape pertaining to social consensus.

Chinese expert consensus on oral drugs for the treatment of mature B-cell lymphomas (2020 edition)

摘要: Oral drugs such as ibrutinib play an important role in the treatment of mature B-cell lymphoma (BCL) due to their reliable efficacy, manageable safety, high accessibility, and convenience for use. Still, no guidelines or consensus focusing on oral drug therapies for BCL is available. To provide a reference of oral agent-based treatment for mature BCL, a panel of experts from the Lymphocyte Disease Group, Chinese Society of Hematology, Chinese Medical Association conducted an extensive discussion and reached a consensus on oral drugs for Chinese BCL patients on the basis of the current application status of oral drugs in China, combined with the latest authoritative guidelines in the world and current research reports. This consensus reviewed the application of oral drugs in the treatment of BCL and the latest research and provided appropriate recommendations on the use of oral drugs for indolent or aggressive BCL patients. With the deepening of research and the development of standardized clinical applications, oral medications will bring better treatment to BCL patients, enabling more patients to benefit from them.

基于犹豫模糊决策矩阵的犹豫模糊多准则共识群决策方法 Article

摘要: 群决策在管理决策和经济领域有着重要作用。本文建立了两种关于犹豫模糊多准则群共识决策的方法,并使用犹豫模糊决策矩阵(hesitant fuzzy decision matrices, HFDMs)表示专家的偏好。本文建立了两个新颖的、可应用于不同群决策环境的共识模型,其中共识决策过程包括:共识检验过程,共识达成过程和选择过程。专家以犹豫模糊集的方式表达自己的选择,然后通过集成算子计算每个准则下的犹豫模糊集。此外,基于两个专家在决策之间的偏差计算出任意两个犹豫模糊集之间的距离。本文建立了两种达成共识的方法,并提出了两种犹豫模糊多准则群决策方法的具体计算步骤。最后通过具体案例分析了苹果公司以旧换新的决策过程。该案例旨在让所有专家在进行选择决策之前达成高度共识,避免一些专家的偏好值过高或过低。通过共识测量修正的偏好信息可令决策结果更加合理。

A consensus model for group decision making under interval type-2 fuzzy environment

摘要: We propose a new consensus model for group decision making (GDM) problems, using an interval type-2 fuzzy environment. In our model, experts are asked to express their preferences using linguistic terms characterized by interval type-2 fuzzy sets (IT2 FSs), because these can provide decision makers with greater freedom to express the vagueness in real-life situations. Consensus and proximity measures based on the arithmetic operations of IT2 FSs are used simultaneously to guide the decision-making process. The majority of previous studies have taken into account only the importance of the experts in the aggregation process, which may give unreasonable results. Thus, we propose a new feedback mechanism that generates different advice strategies for experts according to their levels of importance. In general, experts with a lower level of importance require a larger number of suggestions to change their initial preferences. Finally, we investigate a numerical example and execute comparable models and ours, to demonstrate the performance of our proposed model. The results indicate that the proposed model provides greater insight into the GDM process.

A low-overhead asynchronous consensus framework for distributed bundle adjustment

摘要: Generally, the (DBA) method uses multiple worker nodes to solve the bundle adjustment problems and overcomes the computation and memory storage limitations of a single computer. However, the performance considerably degrades owing to the introduced by the additional block partitioning step and synchronous waiting. Therefore, we propose a low- consensus framework. A based asynchronous method is proposed to early achieve consensus with respect to the faster worker nodes to avoid waiting for the slower ones. A scene summarization procedure is designed and integrated into the block partitioning step to ensure that clustering can be performed on the small summarized scene. Experiments conducted on public datasets show that our method can improve the worker node utilization rate and reduce the block partitioning time. Also, sample applications are demonstrated using our large-scale culture heritage datasets.

本文研究了多智能体系统如何通过实施异步脉冲控制输入实现分布式二分领导跟随一致性。所提出的异步脉冲控制方法不要求所有多智能体的脉冲信号同时发生。多智能体系统相邻节点之间的通信链路存在合作或竞争关系。在领导者控制输入非零的情况下,得到了在闭环多智能体系统中实现二分异步脉冲跟踪一致性的充分条件。本文讨论了更广泛的异步脉冲效应范围。所设计的控制器反馈部分可有效对抗脉冲扰动。给出了估计脉冲增益边界和异步脉冲区间的简单代数条件。最后,通过数值仿真验证了理论结果的合理性。

碳中和政策机制及社会共识的国际经验与启示

摘要:

现阶段,大部分发达国家碳排放已达峰且进入排放快速下降时期,纷纷出台更加积极有效的措施,力争在实现碳中和的同时占据新兴产业发展的优势地位。本文旨在梳理发达国家实现碳达峰、推进碳中和过程中的政策机制及促进社会共识方面的相关措施,为我国提供发展借鉴。梳理不同发达国家的经验并比较分析了其可取之处,总结了发达国家碳中和政策机制方面给我们带来的启发,据此形成我国碳中和路径的发展建议。国际经验表明,碳中和是一项系统工程,需要多措并举、有序推进,在减少转型成本的同时加快培育新兴产业;碳中和愿景的实现需要完善的市场化机制并加快能源市场化改革;碳中和不仅是能源和经济的转型,也将对个人的生活方式带来改变,因而普遍的社会共识是成功实现碳中和的重要保障。研究建议,做好顶层设计和分阶段的碳减排行动计划,加快和深化能源市场化改革,加强社会动员以凝聚公众的全面共识,不断深化国际合作。

具有领航者的二阶非线性多智能体系统在外部扰动下的同步控制 None

摘要: 研究了一类异质二阶非线性多智能体系统在外部扰动影响下的同步控制问题。其中,非线性系统允许包含可线性参数化的未知参数。提出一种新颖的分布式控制器,此控制器依赖于系统的相对状态,因此可以在多智能体系统之间没有通讯的情况下应用。通过Barbalat引理,证明此分布式控制器可求解二阶非线性多智能体系统的同步控制问题。对一组Van der Pol振荡器进行同步控制的应用示例验证了主要结果的有效性。

摘要: 本文研究了普通线性多智能体系统在有向拓扑条件下的一致性问题。首先基于分布式PID(Proportional-integral-derivative)控制提出了一种新的一致性协议,然后通过变量转换将一致性问题转变为一个渐进稳定问题,通过状态投影方法给出了系统实现一致性的充分必要条件和一致性函数的显示表达式,然后构建Lyapunov函数,基于线性矩阵不等式(Linear matrix inequality, LMI)给出了一致性协议中增益矩阵的范围,最后通过两组实验来验证这种方法的优势。仿真结果表明了所提方法的有效性。

基于一致性的三维多无人机高精度编队控制策略 Article

摘要: 本文提出了一种基于二阶一致性的多无人机编队控制策略,通过邻接通信,引入位置和速度协同变量来产生控制命令。提出了协同导航算法和协同控制算法,它们分别控制位置和姿态,联合二者可保持特定几何队形。整个编队系统包含三部分:六自由度无人机模型、协同导航算法、协同控制算法,编队控制策略是闭环和全状态的。协同导航算法是二阶一致性算法,给出期望的加速度、俯仰角速率和偏航角速率。协同控制算法综合考虑纵向和横侧向机动,通过推导状态方程来设计协同控制律。分析了编队的闭环稳定性,给出了稳定的充分必要条件。利用同步技术,抑制了位置数据中的测量误差,提高了控制精度。仿真中,三维编队飞行验证了所提编队控制策略的可行性和有效性。

摘要: 研究在原有多智能体系统中动态加入一些新智能体组后如何实现整个多智能体系统的状态一致性。分析在当前常见的不同网络拓扑形式下动态加入智能体组的可行性,并从理论上获得4种可行方案,其中一种方案在实际工业生产中是最佳的。然后,针对最佳方案进行多智能体系统的动力学建模。采用脉冲控制理论和李雅普诺夫稳定性理论,分析具有动态加入特性的多智能体系统实现状态一致的条件。最后,提供一个数值例子验证本文理论的实用性和有效性。

基于离散系统滑模控制的有限时间领导—跟随一致性 Research Article

摘要: 研究了离散时间二阶多智能体系统在外部干扰约束下的有限时间领导—跟随一致性问题。首先利用自适应滑模控制理论,设计了一种新的有限时间一致性方案。自适应控制律是在传统滑模趋近律基础上改进设计的,其优点是减少抖振并保持对干扰的不变性。此外,通过给出一个离散李雅普诺夫函数,证明了离散时间二阶多智能体系统的有限时间稳定性。最后,数值模拟结果验证了理论分析的有效性。
